After
the 90-day hospitality period, every capable adult
is expected to get a job and contribute to the Ranch. |

1/3 of the resident’s weekly payroll is contributed
to the Ranch to help each resident “pay his/her
own way. |

1/3
of the resident’s salary goes into a savings
account for life when they leave the Ranch. This savings
becomes down payment money or security deposits, once
residents leave the Ranch. |

The
remaining 1/3 of the resident’s salary becomes
that person’s spending money. |
