Accountability
Inform Staff of whereabouts during 90-day hospitality period
Responsible for the company they keep
Responsible for learning to budget their money
Responsible for actions and behavior
Subject to random drug testing
 
Responsibility
After the 90-day hospitality period, every capable adult is expected to get a job and contribute to the Ranch.
1/3 of the resident’s weekly payroll is contributed to the Ranch to help each resident “pay his/her own way.
1/3 of the resident’s salary goes into a savings account for life when they leave the Ranch. This savings becomes down payment money or security deposits, once residents leave the Ranch.
The remaining 1/3 of the resident’s salary becomes that person’s spending money.
 
Life Skills
Educational - assist with obtaining GED and college courses
Hygiene
Job skills training: plumbing, electrical, construction, cleaning, etc.
Community Service: Daily Bread, Asbury Arms, Boy Scout Can Drive, etc.
 
Medical Care
Hope clinic comes directly to the Ranch
Free eye testing and glasses
Free emergency dental care
 
Spiritual
Bible classes... It's All about Jesus, participation in local Christian church of Resident's choice.
Morning meditation and prayer.
Bible classes daily provided by multiple pastors from local diverse churches.
